Crushin'

I recently discovered Humans of New York, and it's become a daily ritual. The caption to this picture reads, "The toughest part of the job is witnessing the personal tragedies of the people we're trying to help. [...] We got to the scene of a car accident one time. The father had rolled his car over two embankments, with his wife and two kids in the car. The wife and one of the children had been crushed to death. I'll never forget the father clawing at that car, trying to get them out."

Next time I go to Charleston, I'm making sure to pick up the Butterball bath bomb at Lush.

I'm smitten with this cheery dress!

Oana Befort is currently one of my favorite artists. I love this card

This handmade ceramic mug is too cute.

What are you crushin' on lately?

  1. I don't know how first responders do it. I could NOT handle those tragedies over and over again. I'm so glad there are caring people out there who can handle it and help.

    1. Man, I know! I watch that Panic 911 show sometimes and I always think how hard it must be even to be a dispatcher.
